We continue with another post dedicated to Tizen. On this occasion, we explain how to configure a Tizen device for testing, especially for Game Maker Studio users. On a previous post, we mentioned that in order to test the games we developed for Tizen, we asked for a developer device to make it properly. When we receive it, it was accompanied by a note explaining that it should be updated to the 2.2.1 version of Tizen using Linux.
It seemed it would never happen, but at last the Tizen Store is activated. Unfortunately, only in India for now. We imagine that the expansion plans of Samsung & co. are planned in a phased manner. It’s been a while since we developed a version of our first game —Go Deeper— for this new system created by the Linux Foundation and LiMo Foundation (Samsung, Intel, Huawei, Fujitsu, NEC, Panasonic, Orange, Vodafone… and other international companies).
We continue with the list of the 10 games that we are willing to play in this 2015. In this second part we offer the remaining 5 games. All of them indie, not because we want to discard everything else, but because we truly feel close to independent development in every way. Let’s see!
2015 seems to be full of interesting releases for all platforms. As good indies, we admit to be particularly interested in small projects from other independent developers and we have our own list of favorites for this year.
